Lately when Luke plays with his car he has been into stopping and pretending to fill it up with gas with a toy he has. Tonight Cory had the back porch door open and Luke was playing in his car and running in and out and doing something with the gas tank hole. After a minute Cory said, "Linds, you gotta see this..." he was filling up the gas hole with grass and saying "gas! gas!" We quickly realized the words "grass" and "gas" sound an awful lot alike. There are so many things to figure out in this world and so many words that sound too much alike! We told him good job on filling his car up. It was too cute to burst his bubble that grass isn't what you really put in your car to make it go. For now we'll let him keep grassing up his car, I'm sure by the time he's 16 he'll have it figured out. :) Notice the grass on the carpet next to the car in the bottom picture.
