Mommy's birthday

Yesterday was my birthday. Me and Luke spent the day hanging out with Grandma Lori, and then we came back home and had a fun time opening presents and stuff. Luke was actually a little fussy and cried the whole time, poor guy, I hate when he cries, but it was still fun spending time with my boys! 

First St. George trip

Last weekend we took a trip down to St. George for the long weekend to see Cory's family. It was really nice to get away to the warmer weather and fun to see the family! It was the first time they have seen Luke since the weekend he was born so it was lots of fun for them to see him. We went on a couple walks while we were down there and bundled Luke up in his little coat for his walks even though it was pretty warm outside! I love this coat, it's so cute with the little ears on it! We also took family pictures while we were down there with Cory's family, here are a couple of those pictures. I love the one of Cory's mom holding Luke, it's so sweet.

Cute as a button!

It's been a few days since I've posted and even though I don't have anything too new or exciting to say, I have some cute new pictures of Luke I thought i'd post! I love this first one of him, and he loves to yawn and sneeze (he gets that from his dad....Cory is such a sneezer!) He is growing so much, he has already outgrown a lot of his newborn clothes and some of the 0-3 month clothes are getting really snug on him! It's so crazy how fast they grow. He has started smiling the past few days, it's so cute and fun to see. After he eats and has a full tummy he will open his mouth all wide and then smile at us. He also has discovered his tongue the past week and he loves to play with it and stick it out. So cute!

Aunt Jamie took these pictures for us over the weekend. They turned out great. Luke did pretty good the whole time, it was kind of a long little photo shoot for him, until the end when we had his diaper off for the naked pictures...for some reason there is something about having his diaper off that makes him just let it fly! It's really funny, it happens so much, and it usually shoots straight up and hits him in the face..poor little guy! So he peed all over my sisters white fluffy thing she had him lying on. Whoops! At least it's just baby pee!
