Luke starts first grade tomorrow. I can't believe it! He is growing up so fast. I'm sad he will be gone at school all day now and don't know what I'll do without him! But I am excited for him, too. It's so fun watching him grow up and I'm always sad to have him move onto new stages, but every stage is fun and I love watching him learn and grow.
Yesterday while Halle was at preschool Luke and I had a few hours to ourselves so I told him we would go to a fun ice cream place for a special mommy/son afternoon before he starts school again. We went to Leatherbys in Draper and Luke really enjoyed his giant cookie ice cream sunday!
I sure love my boy.
